Olive is a Queer Non-Binary Artist who has been making art all their life.

Owlhaired Designs began in 2019. It was born from a love of nature. Olive creates art from flowers grown in their garden, as well as creating nature inspired illustrations. They find solace & joy in the natural world and hope to encapsulate that feeling in their art as to share it with others.

When they are not making art, they are cuddling with their cats, tending to their veggie & fruit garden, and cooking with their Fiancee.

From our Garden to your Home

Olive creates their art in their home with their two cats and fiancee. It is truly a family affair! With a newly planted native garden, Olive is excited to offer even more variety of botanicals in the years to come.

Flowers

Grown organically in Olive’s home garden. When yields are low they occasionally source florals from local organic farms.

Paper

All paper used by Owlhaired Designs is 100% recycled card stock, recycled brown Kraft paper, or sugar cane paper made from the fiber waste of sugar production.

Inks

Screen printing and stamping inks are all plant-based and water-based. In olives personal screen printing studio they use algae based inks.
